In September 29th, the National Research Council of Canada ( NRC ) chief scientist Huang Xingzhong was invited to give a technical report and discuss on special technologies. Science and Technology Council consultant MaoGuoLiang,  the leaders and the scientific research personnel from the first, second institute participated in the exchange.
